Bramhall parkrun: Course Guide
A pretty parkland 5k around the grounds of Bramhall Hall in leafy south Stockport, friendly and family-oriented.

Bramhall parkrun is held every Saturday at 9am in the grounds of Bramhall Park, the attractive south Stockport estate surrounding the historic timber-framed Bramhall Hall. The course winds through the parkland on mixed surfaces with some gentle undulation – not flat enough to be a guaranteed PB, but far from brutal, and scenic throughout as it loops the hall, lawns and woodland. It has a friendly, family feel and draws a loyal local crowd from the surrounding suburbs.
Bramhall is in the affluent southern reaches of Greater Manchester, reachable by car with parking near the park, and served by rail (Bramhall station) on lines out of Manchester and Stockport. The hall and its tea room make for an excellent post-run stop, and the village has plenty of cafe options. As always, parkrun is free, weekly and volunteer-organised, open to runners and walkers of every ability with no time limit – register online once, bring your printed or phone barcode, and turn up. One of the more genteel and scenic parkruns in the region.
