Prestwich

Prestwich sits on the northern edge of the city, a tram ride from the centre on the Bury line. The Village along Bury New Road has turned into one of the most interesting food strips in Greater Manchester. Heaton Park, 600 acres of it, sits right next to the neighbourhood and is one of the biggest municipal parks in Europe. Prestwich Clough gives you a proper woodland walk ten minutes from the tram.
