City Centre

Manchester's beating heart - shopping on Market Street, galleries, high-end dining and constant foot traffic.

City Centre

The city centre pulls together the busiest streets in Manchester. Market Street runs the length with shops stacked vertically up the Arndale. South of that, King Street hosts restaurants and cocktail bars where locals and visitors collide at night.

St Peter's Square anchors the cultural side, surrounded by galleries, the library and spaces that feel calmer than the main drag. Walk north from Piccadilly and you hit the shopping core, walk south and you get wine bars and older architecture. It changes block by block.
