Treehouse Bank Holiday Takeover – Manchester Events Guide

Treehouse is taking over The Bag Factory for a proper Bank Holiday Sunday session on 24 May 2026, and it's completely free to get in. If you're after a laid-back daytime vibe that builds into the evening, this is the one – expect quality sounds, a buzzing crowd, and all the hallmarks of what makes Treehouse such a favourite spot on Manchester's nightlife scene.

The Bag Factory sits right in the heart of Castlefield, Manchester's industrial-chic district packed with bars, restaurants, and canal-side spots that make it perfect for a full day out. The venue itself has genuine character with its warehouse aesthetic and outdoor space, making it ideal for a Bank Holiday Sunday when the weather's on your side and the whole area's got a proper community feel.

The event kicks off at 3pm, so you can ease in with drinks and mates before things get going. Getting there's simple – Castlefield's dead central with plenty of transport links, and there's usually space to grab food and drink nearby if you need it. Fair warning though: free events at popular venues fill up quick, so arrive early if you want to secure a decent spot, especially if you're planning to stay for the full session.
