The club competes in the BAFA National Leagues, the structured British competition, and runs the full pathway: senior contact teams, women’s flag football and youth programmes that introduce the game to teenagers across Greater Manchester.
The standard is amateur but the commitment is not – kit, coaching, officials and a full contact season require real organisation, and clubs like the Aces survive on volunteers and subs. With flag football confirmed for the Olympic programme, the participation side of the sport is growing, and clubs with established structures are well placed to benefit.
