Late licence finder

Find which venues in Manchester are open past 3am on a given night.

Late night venue search

Not all Manchester venues stay open late, and closing times vary by night and by event. A late licence finder tool lets you search by date and see which venues are licensed to operate beyond standard hours. Most city venues close between 2am and 3am on standard nights, but a subset holds late licences allowing operation to 4am or later. Weekend programming often determines which venues operate latest.

To use a late licence finder, select your date and optionally filter by area or venue type. The tool shows which venues have extended hours that night, sometimes with notes about what's happening. Late closing times are sometimes permanent, sometimes event-specific. It's worth checking directly with venues you're interested in, as licensing and hours update periodically. Some venues advertise late hours only when events warrant it.

Bear in mind that late opening times don't guarantee busy venues - a venue can have a late licence but run quiet and close early if there's no crowd. Conversely, some popular venues might stay open later than their standard licence allows on high-demand nights. Always check venue social media or contact them directly if you're planning a night out specifically to find open venues after 3am.
