# The Session at The Nia Centre NIAMOS
The Session is a brilliant night out for anyone who loves live music and wants to discover fresh talent in an intimate setting. On Friday 4 September 2026, this 16+ event kicks off at 7:30pm with a guaranteed lineup of local and emerging artists performing across multiple genres. At just £7 entry, it's one of the best-value gigs you'll find in Manchester right now.
The Nia Centre NIAMOS sits in the heart of Castlefield, one of Manchester's most vibrant cultural quarters. This venue has built a solid reputation for hosting quality live performances and supporting the city's independent music scene. The converted warehouse space creates that perfect acoustic sweet spot – close enough to really connect with the performers, but plenty of room to move around and soak up the atmosphere.
Getting there's easy; Castlefield station is minutes away, or there's decent parking nearby if you're driving in. The venue's got a relaxed vibe, so come early to grab a drink and chat with other music fans before the action starts. Bring your mates, bring your dancing shoes, and expect to leave having discovered your next favourite band – that's what The Session's all about.Browse more Music events in Manchester or explore Castlefield.
