The Dumping Ground

# The Dumping Ground at The Bag Factory The Dumping Ground is a lively Saturday afternoon and evening session at one of Manchester's best underground venues, kicking off at 3pm on August 29th. For just a fiver, you'll get access to quality music and a proper buzzing atmosphere – it's the kind of event that punches well above its price tag and draws a genuine crowd who know their stuff. Whether you're after discovering new sounds or catching established favourites, this is exactly the sort of authentic Manchester night that locals keep coming back for. The Bag Factory in Castlefield has built a serious reputation as a creative hub and nightlife destination in recent years. This historic industrial area has transformed into Manchester's go-to spot for underground events, with the venue itself offering that raw, authentic warehouse vibe that makes gigs here genuinely special. The exposed brickwork and intimate setup create an energy you won't find in the city centre's chain venues. Getting there's straightforward – Castlefield train station is minutes away, and there's decent parking nearby too. Arrive early to soak up the atmosphere and chat with the bar staff, who are always friendly. Bring cash if you can, dress for standing around comfortably, and expect to leave sweaty and happy. It's 18+ only, so have ID ready. This is proper Manchester nightlife at its best.Browse more Nightlife events in Manchester or explore Castlefield.
