Silverwingkiller are bringing their distinctive sound to The Abbey in Castlefield this Saturday, 22 August 2026, and it's a gig that shouldn't be on your miss list. Kicking off at 19:00, this 18+ event offers an intimate chance to catch this act in one of Manchester's most atmospheric venues, with tickets priced at just £10.00 making it brilliant value for money.
The Abbey sits right in the heart of Castlefield, Manchester's historic quarter where Victorian warehouses meet quality bars and music venues. It's a cracking spot with genuine character, drawing crowds who appreciate good music in proper surroundings rather than massive, soulless spaces. The venue's known for hosting quality live acts and creating the kind of gigs that locals actually talk about afterwards.
Getting there's straightforward—Castlefield is well-connected by tram and bus, and there's decent parking nearby if you're driving in. The venue's got a relaxed vibe, so arrive early to grab a drink and soak up the atmosphere before Silverwingkiller take the stage. With an 18+ age restriction, expect a proper crowd of music fans rather than a mixed bag, which usually means better atmosphere and fewer distractions.Browse more Music events in Manchester or explore Castlefield.
