Resonate MCR is throwing a proper celebration of Freerange Records' three-decade legacy on Saturday 10 October 2026, and if you're into electronic music and Manchester's underground scene, this is essential. The event kicks off at 4pm and promises an afternoon and evening of quality house, garage, and deep electronic sounds that shaped the city's dance music culture. At just £10-£20 entry, it's an absolute bargain for a night that'll connect you with genuine Manchester music history.
The Yard Manchester sits right in the city centre and has become one of the go-to spots for serious electronic music nights. It's got that perfect vibe—industrial warehouse feel with proper sound systems and a crowd that actually knows their music, not just Instagram types. The setting's ideal for a day-into-night event like this.
Get there early doors at 4pm to soak in the afternoon sessions and grab a decent spot. The city centre location means parking's easy at the Arndale or nearby car parks, or hop on the tram if you're coming from further out. Expect a mix of ages and experience levels celebrating something that actually matters in Manchester's musical DNA—bring your dancing shoes and prepare for a marathon session.Browse more Nightlife events in Manchester or explore city-centre.
