Natural Selectors Sound System alongside Impressa Sound System

# Natural Selectors Sound System at Niamos Manchester Natural Selectors Sound System takes over Niamos in Castlefield on Friday 7 August 2026, bringing Impressa Sound System along for an unmissable night of vinyl-driven beats and underground music culture. This is a proper Manchester sound system experience – expect quality selector vibes, authentic dub, reggae, and electronic sounds delivered through serious speaker systems that'll get your body moving. At just £5-£7 entry, it's genuinely great value for a full evening of live sound system action in one of the city's most beloved independent venues. Niamos sits in the heart of Castlefield, Manchester's historic canal quarter, giving the venue real character and charm you won't find in sterile city centre clubs. The intimate Castlefield setting creates something special – the waterside location and converted warehouse space make every event feel distinctly Mancunian and connected to the city's rich counter-culture heritage. It's the kind of venue that attracts serious music lovers and proper heads, not just casual night-out crowds. Doors open at 19:00, so arrive early to grab a drink and settle into the vibe before the sound systems get rolling. The 16+ age restriction keeps it accessible for younger music fans, and with Castlefield's excellent transport links via tram and bus, getting there's straightforward. Bring cash if you can – independent venues and sound system culture run best on direct support, and you'll want to be liquid for drinks all night.Browse more Music events in Manchester or explore Castlefield.
