It's the kind of daytime event that transforms into something special when you've got the right crowd and the right venue behind it. The Globe Inn sits in a prime Manchester location where culture and character run deep, giving this event an authentic feel that's become increasingly rare. The venue's got a solid reputation for hosting quality underground nights, with decent sound and an atmosphere that punters genuinely rate. You're getting proper Manchester hospitality here, not some soulless corporate space. Head down early to soak up the vibe – 2pm means you can make a proper afternoon of it without the usual late-night hassle. The 21+ age restriction keeps things focused on a mature crowd, so expect serious listeners rather than chaos.
