# Manchester Events Guide: Friday Night Showcase at Creatures Comedy Club
If you're after a proper night of laughs in Manchester, the Friday Night Showcase at Creatures Comedy Club is exactly what you need. This weekly comedy event brings together some of the best up-and-coming and established comedians performing fresh material, making it one of the most reliable nights out for quality stand-up in the city. With tickets at just £14, it's affordable entertainment that doesn't compromise on quality.
Creatures Comedy Club sits right in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter, an area absolutely buzzing with independent bars, vintage shops, and creative venues. The club itself has become a proper fixture on the local comedy circuit, known for its intimate atmosphere that lets you get up close to the performers while keeping that genuine club vibe. It's the kind of place where comedy feels personal, not polished.
On Friday 30 October at 20:30, arrive early to grab a decent spot and soak up the pre-show atmosphere—the bar does decent drinks too. The 18+ age restriction keeps things unpredictable with comedy that doesn't hold back. Getting there's straightforward: Creatures is easily walkable from Piccadilly or a quick tram ride if you're coming from further out, and there's plenty of food and drinks options nearby if you want to make an evening of it.Browse more Nightlife events in Manchester or explore Northern Quarter.
