The studio's setup allows for proper dance space and top-quality sound, essential for getting the full soca experience.
The event kicks off at 11:00 on Saturday 3 October 2026, with tickets just £8.00 and open to ages 16+. Wear comfortable workout gear and bring water – you'll work up a sweat to those infectious Caribbean beats.
