Saturday Night Showcase|| Creatures Comedy Club

This monthly comedy night pulls together some of the best stand-up talent doing the rounds right now, mixing established names with up-and-coming comics who'll have you crying with laughter. At just £17 a head, it's decent value for a solid evening of live entertainment in the city. Creatures Comedy Club sits bang in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter, the neighbourhood that's basically become the cultural heartbeat of the city. The venue itself has built a proper reputation for hosting quality comedy, and the intimate setting means you're close enough to catch every punchline and reaction. The area's packed with bars and late-night spots, so you can easily make a full night of it before or after the show. The showcase kicks off at 20:30, so get there early if you want a decent seat and time to grab a drink. It's 18+ only, and fair warning—expect edgy material from some of the acts on the bill. The Northern Quarter's well-connected by tram and bus, and there's plenty of street parking nearby if you're driving in from other parts of Greater Manchester.Browse more Nightlife events in Manchester or explore Northern Quarter.
