Animal Crossing presents Dr Banana All Day Long is a full-day electronic music event taking place at Progress Manchester on Sunday 30 August 2026, kicking off from 3pm. This is the kind of immersive nightlife experience that's become a proper fixture on Manchester's calendar – expect quality house and techno from start to finish, with Dr Banana headlining what promises to be a vibrant afternoon into evening affair. At £15-£20 entry, it's decent value for a day-long event in one of the city's best clubs.
Progress sits right at the heart of Manchester's nightlife scene, housed in a converted warehouse space that's known for consistently booking underground and mainstream electronic talent. The venue itself has become a go-to for serious clubbers thanks to its top-notch sound system and proper dancefloor atmosphere that actually rewards showing up early rather than rocking up at midnight.
Getting there is straightforward – Progress is easily accessible from Piccadilly or Deansing train stations, with plenty of taxis nearby when you're done. Being a 21+ event, this skews towards a mature crowd, so expect a more focused dancefloor vibe than typical student nights. Arrive early to make the most of the all-day format and soak in the full experience without the 2am rush.Browse more Nightlife events in Manchester.
