About Lazy Tony’s

Lazy Tony’s on Deansgate is the kind of place where you walk in hungry and roll out defeated. The concept is Italian-American comfort food dialled up to maximum — think loaded pasta dishes the size of your head, meatball subs dripping with cheese, chicken parm that hangs off the plate, and garlic bread that could feed a family of four. Portions are genuinely absurd. You will not finish your meal. Accept this going in.

The atmosphere matches the food — loud, colourful, and completely unpretentious. Think red-checked tablecloths, neon signs, and a playlist that bounces between Sinatra and hip hop. It’s designed for groups, big nights out, and anyone who wants to eat until they can’t move. The cocktails are fun and oversized, because of course they are. This is not the place for a quiet dinner — this is where you go when you want to have a good time and eat your bodyweight in carbonara.

What to Order

The Tony’s Meatballs are the signature and they’re worth it. Rigatoni vodka is a crowd favourite. Budget around twenty to twenty-five quid a head with drinks. Bookings recommended on weekends.
