Bundobust brought a Leeds-born mix of vegetarian Gujarati dishes and serious beer to Manchester in 2015.
The Northern Quarter room is casual and quick, with paper tubs of bhel puri, vada pav, chole saag, and the okra fries that regulars keep ordering.
