The bar sits near the Castlefield canal basin, which gives it a different feel to the NQ beer spots. It’s quieter, a bit more grown-up, and the outdoor seating overlooking the water is a genuine draw in warmer months. Food is limited – crisps and bar snacks territory – but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance in Castlefield and Deansgate. Prices reflect the quality of what you’re drinking.
